Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 days, but can take up to 3 weeks during busy times. You will receive notification when your order has been shipped, we ship via Australia Post. If you have any questions or queries please get in touch!
If you prefer to collect direct from Ropes By Hayley, simply select the 'Ropes By Hayley' option at the checkout and your FREE shipping cost will automatically be added.
Return & Exchange Policy
Ropes by Hayley has a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Please send with your item your receipt which will be included with your package.
To return an item, simply follow the instructions given with your package in which a form will be included to fill out further details about your return.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item. Items sold on SALE cannot be accepted.

If you have requested a refund, once confirmed, we will notify you of the status. You will be refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
